Liked the Gentleman S'fiso who welcomed me at night. He was very helplful and has exceptional customer service. The Hotel is beautiful and will come back for more stays. Peaceful and Tranquil The Gentleman who helped me with a small car to Montecasion Thabo, he made my stay a pleasant one and so kind The Gentleman called Nkululeko also was my best highlight that one is hard worker. Made my journey one to write home about Pivot. The food was amazing. All workers at the reception during checkout were brilliant Gym was mine alone lol, It felt like home

The hotel staff were the exceptional, very friendly and attentive at all times. Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. The hotel manager Ruben? was available all of the time helping his staff to deliver the exceptional service. We asked for a late check out and the hotel were able to accommodate this without any problem or debate, thank you Nthabelenge :-) Lots of smiles and friendly chat from the Manager down to the cleaning staff. Will definitely stay here again.

It was absolutely beautiful. The Italian style buildings were an incredible sight. Such welcoming pleasant staff. A truly 5 star stay and experience. Cannot wait to return for another stay. Spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful views, a stone throw to the entrance of the casino complex, spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, entertainment and relaxation.

From the moment we checked in until we departed, we had the most memorable stay and the staff exceeded all expectations with their friendliness and helpfulness. Nothing was too much to ask. The breakfast options were vast and the omelettes were exceptional. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the terrace was a wonderful place to relax any time of the day.

What an excellent hotel! The staff were all lovely, the taxi they organised for us from the airport was there waiting for us, his driving was the safest driving I’ve ever experienced in South Africa (his name is Mike) the breakfast buffet was brilliant too ! We couldn’t fault it. Oh and big shout out to the guys ferrying us around in the golf buggy! You were all amazing!

Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯 🙌 😊 The service was excellent from the check-in point. We immediately felt at home. Friendly, highly professional, and very helpful staff. My eye immediately caught the staff's uniform, and it was very unique and stylish that complimented the whole hotel set-up. Friendly Tebogo assisted us with the luggage to our room and later transported us in the cart to the casino for the Gregory Porter show that was an experience out of this world. The room is very stylish and clean. Our dining experience was also great. Thank you, Pivot.

The hotel is safe. Staff are friendly and nice. The room size is good. The breakfast is good. The hotel's restaurant offers good Italian food.

The staff members were very nice, the food was great, and the room and the hotel were clean. When we needed it, the staff members helped us with the special requirements that we asked for, including help with buying an electricity adopter (we gave money and they bought it for us) and different food requests (including preparing food that is not on the menu). The veggie burger was great. Also, I had a very nice view from my room, and it was well-lit. Ask for the rooms that have sunlight in the morning if you like sunny mornings :)
