Pivot Hotel Montecasino

It was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing The first night I noticed my sheets were damp. I started to cough and was very cold all night. The next day I noticed my sheets were changed and when I sat on the bed my back became soaking wet. I noticed the sheets had been changed and were so wet I could wring the water out. My whole bed was wet. I called the housekeeper and they apologised and changed my sheets they gave me dry ones. We always stay at this beautiful hotel. And my family always stay here. We love the spa and casino. Because I was there only two nights and became very sick from the wet sheets. I won’t ever stay there again. It was embarrassing to complain but I could not sleep in soaking wet sheets. The chamber maid apologised to me. But I ask myself. Why did she put wet sheets on my bed first the second night in a row. Very disappointing.

The property is located in my favorite area - Monte Casino. The hotel is beautiful with very friendly and helpful staff from the security & concierge to the front desk who helped me arrange for my sister to come over

Liked the Gentleman S'fiso who welcomed me at night. He was very helplful and has exceptional customer service. The Hotel is beautiful and will come back for more stays. Peaceful and Tranquil The Gentleman who helped me with a small car to Montecasion Thabo, he made my stay a pleasant one and so kind The Gentleman called Nkululeko also was my best highlight that one is hard worker. Made my journey one to write home about Pivot. The food was amazing. All workers at the reception during checkout were brilliant Gym was mine alone lol, It felt like home

The hotel staff were the exceptional, very friendly and attentive at all times. Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. The hotel manager Ruben? was available all of the time helping his staff to deliver the exceptional service. We asked for a late check out and the hotel were able to accommodate this without any problem or debate, thank you Nthabelenge :-) Lots of smiles and friendly chat from the Manager down to the cleaning staff. Will definitely stay here again.

It was absolutely beautiful. The Italian style buildings were an incredible sight. Such welcoming pleasant staff. A truly 5 star stay and experience. Cannot wait to return for another stay. Spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful views, a stone throw to the entrance of the casino complex, spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, entertainment and relaxation.
