It was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing The first night I noticed my sheets were damp. I started to cough and was very cold all night. The next day I noticed my sheets were changed and when I sat on the bed my back became soaking wet. I noticed the sheets had been changed and were so wet I could wring the water out. My whole bed was wet. I called the housekeeper and they apologised and changed my sheets they gave me dry ones. We always stay at this beautiful hotel. And my family always stay here. We love the spa and casino. Because I was there only two nights and became very sick from the wet sheets. I won’t ever stay there again. It was embarrassing to complain but I could not sleep in soaking wet sheets. The chamber maid apologised to me. But I ask myself. Why did she put wet sheets on my bed first the second night in a row. Very disappointing.

Liked the Gentleman S'fiso who welcomed me at night. He was very helplful and has exceptional customer service. The Hotel is beautiful and will come back for more stays. Peaceful and Tranquil The Gentleman who helped me with a small car to Montecasion Thabo, he made my stay a pleasant one and so kind The Gentleman called Nkululeko also was my best highlight that one is hard worker. Made my journey one to write home about Pivot. The food was amazing. All workers at the reception during checkout were brilliant Gym was mine alone lol, It felt like home

We are non smokers and only smoking rooms were available at time of booking - The reception actually went to check which room was least impacted prior to allocating the room. This is above and beyond and extremely appreciated. Occupied a room which had no smell/odour of smoking. Well done to the checkin team. Baggage was well managed and efficient and very friendly staff in this regard. Otherwise room more than adequate and comfortable for the stay, with a really enjoyable breakfast the next morning.

It was absolutely beautiful. The Italian style buildings were an incredible sight. Such welcoming pleasant staff. A truly 5 star stay and experience. Cannot wait to return for another stay. Spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful views, a stone throw to the entrance of the casino complex, spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, entertainment and relaxation.

A fantastic experience in this hotel. i was travelling for work but my days in the event it was a really pleasure to be taking care off by all the smiling staffs. The gym is great with all you need to get ready for a hard working days. Breakfast is exquisite .... i am going back in June to Johannesburg and this is were i am going to stay agin for sure.
